Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of altered consciousness (heightened awareness) in which a person is capable of internalizing thoughts and suggestions for the purpose of manifesting desired psychological, physical and emotional change. Contrary to popular belief, hypnosis is not sleep, nor is it being unconscious. In hypnosis, you are actually fully aware and in control while still able to access sub-conscious memories, emotions and resources. Most people hear and remember most of what is said during the session, and you will never do or say something that goes against your personal belief system. Hypnosis allows the conscious mind to be bypassed, and the subconscious to be directly accessed. In this state, suggestions and direction can be very effective, and changes can be made to the core of our habits, behaviors and/or limiting beliefs. Once we recognize and let go of our old perception, thoughts, behaviors and unconscious beliefs about ourselves, we can tap into a new, empowered version of our Self.
